  • Question: How old do you have to be to rent?
  • Answer: Must be 21 Years or older to rent.

  • Question: Do you deliver Jet skis?
  • Answer: Yes, we deliver jet skis/ watercraft to location of your choice. (Within 25miles of Metro area) Delivery fees may apply for location outside of 25 miles.

  • Question: Do you provide Life jackets?
  • Answer: Yes, Life jackets are included with rental.
  • Reckless or alcohol impaired driving will not be allowed.
  •  

What to Bring

1. Valid State ID or Passport
2. Water appropriate clothing (No jeans)
3. Towel for after your ride.
4. Shoes that you feel comfortable getting wet.
5. Bring zip lock bag to enclose your phone or valuables.

6. Credit Card for Security Deposit.

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WATER DAMAGE PHONES / DEVICES OR LOST ITEMS.

Cancellations

  • Hourly and Day Use: 24-hour cancellation notice is required without penalty
  • Multi-Day: 72-hour notice is required without penalty.
  • Holiday and Weekly Rentals: 7-day notice is required without penalty.
  • “No Shows” or Same Day Cancellations: will be charged a $100 service charge.
  • Inclement Weather: Does not require a 24-hour notice, but clients must call or Email to reschedule or cancel. Bad weather often passes, and you may want to go out once weather clears or reschedule for a different date. No penalty or change fees for cancellations or changes due to bad weather.

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
